Summary of the key terms of the Primepip investment contract. This is a plain-language summary and is not a substitute for the full contract shown in your dashboard.

1. Eligibility & account

• Create an ID, update your profile and get KYC approved before investing.
• The minimum investment is $100.

2. Contract period

• Each investment contract runs for 12 months.
• Your investment stays active until you withdraw it.

3. Early withdrawal charges

• Withdrawal in the first 6 months: 10% charge.
• Withdrawal in the last 6 months: 5% charge.
• Withdrawal after 12 months: no early withdrawal charge.

4. Returns are not guaranteed

Primepip does not guarantee a fixed profit. We aim to deliver 30%+ yearly growth to investors, but this is a target only. The value of an investment can fall, including to zero or below. If the company later returns to profit, an active investment can grow again.

5. Referral program

• Referral investment bonus: a bonus when a referred user makes an investment.
• Referral investment profit: a share of the profit on referred investments.

6. Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are made in cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency values can change quickly and network fees may apply.

7. Risk warning

All investing carries risk, including the loss of part or all of your capital. Only invest money you can afford to lose. Past performance does not indicate future results. Consider getting independent financial advice.
