Terms and Conditions 


1. General Agreement
1.1  By engaging our services, you (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1.2 These terms govern the purchase, management, and operation of Forex proprietary firm challenges, including 2-step challenges and instant funding accounts.
1.3 This agreement is legally binding and applies to all services provided by PrimePip (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our").

2. Services Provided
2.1 We provide the following services:
2.1.1 Purchasing Forex proprietary firm challenges or instant funding accounts on behalf of the Client.
2.1.2 Assigning a professional trader to manage the challenges or accounts.
2.1.3 Managing the account to meet the proprietary firm's requirements and objectives.
2.1.4 Facilitating profit-sharing arrangements as per the agreed terms.

3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client agrees to the following responsibilities:
3.1.1 Provide accurate and complete personal information.
3.1.2 Ensure timely payment of fees for the challenge or instant funding account.
3.1.3 Refrain from interfering with the trading account unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3.1.4 Acknowledge that the account will be managed by an assigned trader and that the Client will not have direct control over trading activities.
3.1.5 Comply with all proprietary firm rules and regulations, including but not limited to drawdown limits, profit targets, and trading days.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 All fees are non-refundable once payment is made and the challenge or instant funding account has been purchased.
4.2 Payment must be made in full before the challenge or instant funding account is initiated.
4.3 Additional costs (e.g., account extensions, retries, or other fees imposed by the proprietary firm) will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
4.4 In the event of a refund request before account execution, the Client must submit the request within five days of payment. All bank charges, taxes, and processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Account Ownership and Management
5.1 The proprietary trading account will be registered under the name of our assigned trader, as proprietary firms only allow traders to open and manage accounts.
5.2 The Client acknowledges that account credentials will not be shared.
5.3 The Client acknowledges that they do not own the account.
5.4 We are only responsible for sharing the account status on a weekly or monthly basis.
5.5 We will not share the proprietary firm's name where we are purchasing the account for security purposes.

6. Profit Sharing
6.1 Profits generated after passing the challenge or from instant funded accounts will be split as agreed (e.g., 50/50 unless otherwise specified).
6.2 Profit payouts will follow the proprietary firm's withdrawal rules and timelines.
6.3 The Client will receive their portion of the profits via their preferred payment method after deductions for applicable fees, taxes, or profit splits.
6.4 Profit share requests will be processed within 15 working days, subject to bank charges and taxes.

7. Refund and Risk Policy
7.1 We do not guarantee the successful completion of challenges or instant funding accounts.
7.2 Refunds are only provided if the proprietary firm's policy allows a refund and the criteria are met (e.g., passing without violating rules but failing final evaluation).
7.3 The Client acknowledges the inherent risks in Forex trading and understands that losses may occur. We are not liable for losses incurred during the trading process.
7.4 In the event of account loss due to market conditions, rule violations, or other factors, the Client bears the loss of the registration fee.

8. Trading Rules Compliance
8.1 The Client understands that each proprietary firm has specific trading rules (e.g., daily drawdown limits, profit targets, and required trading days).
8.2 Our traders will adhere to these rules; however, the Client agrees that rule violations leading to disqualification are not our responsibility if caused by market conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
8.3 The Client acknowledges that trading involves risk, and no guarantees of profitability are provided.

9. Confidentiality
9.1 All personal and account information provided by the Client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
9.2 The Client agrees to keep details of our assigned traders confidential.
9.3 We will not share the trader’s details with the Client or any third party.

10. Termination of Services
10.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
10.2 Upon termination, all account management activities will cease immediately.
10.3 Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund for services already provided.
10.4 Any profits generated up to the termination date will be distributed according to the profit-sharing agreement.

11. Disclaimer
11.1 We are not affiliated with any proprietary trading firm. Our role is limited to purchasing and managing challenges or accounts on behalf of the Client.
11.2 Past performance does not guarantee future results.
11.3 We are not liable for any losses, damages, or financial consequences arising from the use of our services or the performance of the trading account.
11.4 We are not a registered company; we offer personal services.
11.5 While we process company formation, we request and send payments under the name of Altaf Soomro.

12. Dispute Resolution1
2.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

13. Amendments
13.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
13.2 Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

14. Acknowledgment
14.1 By using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
14.2 The Client further acknowledges that they are aware of the risks involved in Forex trading and accept full responsibility for their decision to engage our services.
